Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing leads or services from Diamond Leads (operated by Diamond Leads Marketing LLC, "we," "us," or "Diamond Leads"), you ("buyer," "agent," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to purchase or use any Diamond Leads product. This agreement requires acceptance by the buyer only.

Diamond Leads products are intended for use by licensed insurance agents only. By purchasing, you represent that you hold an active and valid insurance license in good standing for any state in which you intend to contact leads, and that you will comply with all applicable state and federal regulations including TCPA, state insurance department rules, and Do Not Call regulations.

Diamond Leads offers the following lead categories:

• Fresh Life Insurance Leads — 100% exclusive general life insurance leads, ages under 65, available as Starter (25), Professional (50), or Agency (100) packages, one-time purchase or weekly subscription
• Aged Life Insurance Leads — non-exclusive life insurance leads sold in packs of 250
• Fresh Private Health Insurance Leads — 100% exclusive health insurance leads from households earning $50,000+ annually with the policyholder under age 50, available as Starter (25), Professional (50), or Agency (100) packages
• Aged Health Insurance Leads — non-exclusive health insurance leads sold in packs of 250

Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase is the price charged.

All fresh leads (life and health) are sold on a 100% exclusive basis — each lead is sold to one agent only and is never resold. Aged leads (life and health) are explicitly non-exclusive and may have been previously sold or contacted by other agents. Aged lead pricing reflects this non-exclusive status.

Fresh leads (life and health) are covered by our 7-day replacement policy:

• Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery
• Replacements are issued only for leads with a disconnected or invalid phone number
• Replacement eligibility is capped at 20% of the total leads in a single order
• Your Pipeline Tracker must be actively used and dispositions kept current for a lead to qualify for replacement
• Aged leads are not eligible for replacement under any circumstances

Upon purchase, a personalized Pipeline Tracker is created and shared with you automatically. Fresh leads are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation. Aged leads are typically delivered within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Weekly subscription plans (available for Fresh Life Insurance Leads only) bill automatically on a recurring weekly basis until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at customers@diamondleads.info; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the full order amount, and for recurring subscription charges if applicable. All sales are final except as outlined in our Replacement Policy — we do not offer cash refunds.

As a buyer of Diamond Leads products, you agree to:

• Use leads solely for legitimate insurance sales purposes
• Comply with TCPA, state Do Not Call lists, and all applicable telemarketing regulations
• Maintain an active insurance license in any state where you contact leads
• Not resell, share, or redistribute leads to any third party
• Keep your Pipeline Tracker updated with accurate dispositions

Diamond Leads operates a separate affiliate program with its own terms. If you participate as an affiliate, those terms govern your participation in addition to this agreement. See our Affiliate Program page for details.

Diamond Leads makes no guarantee regarding the conversion rate, contact rate, or sales outcome of any lead purchased. Leads represent individuals who have expressed interest in insurance products at the time of data collection; outcomes depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Leads' liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

Diamond Leads reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
